An industrial floor is judged by its condition in year five, not by how it looks on handover day. Flatness, crack control and abrasion resistance are the three variables that decide whether the floor supports the operation or becomes a maintenance problem.
We handle subgrade preparation, reinforcement, concrete placement and power-trowelled finishing, with a surface hardener where the use calls for it. Expansion joints are saw-cut to follow the structural grid, controlling cracking without compromising the finish.
We complete the work with traffic markings that organise internal circulation and separate movement areas from operating areas. We adapt the system to each case: a forklift warehouse is not the same as a plant with static loads or an outdoor manoeuvring yard.
